On a monthly basis, over 711 million users interact with our solutions, and visit over 2 billion pages across our network. This is a remote position available only to candidates from the Americas. We will expand our scope to global candidates in the near future.

We are looking for someone who is eager to tell the Viafoura story in ways that will engage and inspire our prospects or clients. As the director of the content marketing team, you'll be responsible for delivering a compelling and inspirational content experience. You'll collaborate with our design, product marketing, and demand generation teams to produce content that is intelligent, authoritative, and communicates Viafoura’s value to each of our user audiences. You'll work as part of the campaign cadence as we look to drive revenue opportunities across our existing customers and prospects.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in leading content marketing strategy and content teams. You will have experience creating compelling content at scale across web, video, written, and digital advertising mediums, as well as have a highly evolved writing style that matches our audience. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading the development and execution of a content strategy to ensure that we are telling the right stories, to the right personas, in the right formats, at the right time-  across campaigns and channels.
  • Developing themes and storylines that resonate with our target audiences in collaboration with the product marketing and campaigns team; while ensuring that all content is optimized for SEO.
  • Leading content development for campaigns, paid and unpaid media, all creatives, corporate website, blogs, and more.
  • Establishing goals and clearly defined success metrics to measure the quality of content, audience growth, engagement, and content reach.
  • Developing and owning the editorial calendar that unites all activities across the organization
  • Building and implementing a communication strategy, across platforms, to support corporate initiatives around brand
  • Taking ownership of budgeting, measurement, and reporting for the content and communications team.
  • 8+ years of content marketing experience with a B2B technology company 
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a fast-moving, high-cadence marketing environment
  • Content Development: You are an expert content strategist and an excellent storyteller that directly drives your design approach.
  • Have built and led content teams, while being able to personally deliver great written and visual content
  • Data-driven: you have a track record of leveraging qualitative and quantitative data to drive content creation and strategy, alongside your creative instincts
  • A strong portfolio of B2B marketing content
